Sindh govt declares holiday in Educational Institutions on Youm-e-Hazrat Ali (RA)

ISLAMABAD: The Sindh government has declared a public holiday in educational institutions across the province on the occasion of Youm-e-Hazrat Ali (RA).

A formal notification has been issued by the provincial education department in this regard. According to the announcement, all government and private schools and colleges in Sindh will remain closed on Wednesday, 21st Ramadan 1447 AH, corresponding to March 11, 2026.

The education department has directed parents and students to plan their educational activities keeping this holiday in mind. At the same time, parents have been asked to provide a safe environment for their children during the holiday and keep them engaged in positive activities.
