This development follows a similar trend observed earlier this week, as five victorious independent candidates from the February 8 elections also pledged their allegiance to the PML-N. Notable among them were Sardar Shamsher Mazari, who secured the NA-189 seat, and Imran Akram, victorious in PP-195. Additionally, Sohail Khan from PP-240, Khizar Hussain Mazari from PP-297, and Sahibzada Muhammad Gazain Abbasi from PP-249 also joined the PML-N ranks after meeting with the party’s president, Shehbaz Sharif.
With these additions, the PML-N continues to solidify its presence in Punjab, furthering its vision of inclusive governance and commitment to serving the interests of the people.
