Three students of Rangers Cadet College robbed in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: Three students of Rangers Cadet College were robbed by two dacoits in the garrison city of Rawalpindi, it emerged on Friday.

According to reports, the students were stopped by the armed robbers while returning to college after dining at a hotel close to Chakri Adda.

Three cell phones, Rs 9,000 in cash, and their identity cards were taken by the robbers. They took off running from the scene.

In response to a complaint from the students, police have opened a case and begun their investigation.

In the federal capital earlier this week, two men pretended to be police officers and robbed a foreign woman.

According to reports, the suspects robbed the foreign woman at Sector F-6 Super Market in Islamabad.

Under the guise of checking, the fictitious police officers stole £500 and a few euros from the Polish citizen before making off.
