Three women found dead in Karachi flat
KARACHI: Investigations into the discovery of the bodies of three women in a flat in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area of Karachi are ongoing, and the cause of the women’s deaths has not yet been revealed.
The police investigation revealed that the head of the house, Muhammad Iqbal, had reported the incident, and initially, it was revealed that the women had died due to gas filling the house, but when the post-mortem was conducted, it was found that one of the bodies was two days older than the day the police received the information.
According to authorities, a man named Yasin was also found in the house in a semi-conscious state and was taken to the hospital. When Yasin, the son of the head of the house, was questioned, he also seemed hesitant to give a statement. Then, the police declared the matter suspicious and took the head of the house, Iqbal, and his son, Yasin, into custody.
In this regard, the police surgeon also told Geo News that this is a very complex case and some suspicious substances were found in the blood of the young man, who was found semi-conscious with the woman, which led to his death.
In addition, police officials say that during the investigation, it also came to light that the head of the house, Muhammad Iqbal, allegedly practices witchcraft. The police are investigating every aspect of the matter.
According to the police, the victim’s family has taken a loan of more than Rs 15 million, has also rented a house and a car. Yasin works in property.
Police say they received a letter from the father, which is being examined. The father and son are in custody.
According to the police, the cause of death will be revealed after the post-mortem report of the woman; however, it has been revealed that out of the three bodies found, one of the women’s bodies was 2 days old.
It should be remembered that 3 days ago, according to Gulash Iqbal, the bodies of a mother, daughter, and daughter-in-law were found in a flat in Karachi.
