Toshakhana case 2: Imran Khan gets relief due to age, Bushra Bibi as woman
RAWALPINDI: The written decision of the Toshakhana 2 case was issued, according to which the PTI founder was given the benefit of age and Bushra Bibi was given the benefit of being a woman.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 16.425 million on the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi separately.
The court decision said that the PTI founder was given a lesser sentence considering his age, and Bushra Bibi was also given a lesser sentence because she was a woman.
Judge Shahrukh Arjumand said that the criminals have also been given the benefit of 382 B, the time spent in jail will also be included as punishment.
