RAWALPINDI: According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan Armed Forces killed two terrorists in an Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) in Kalat district of Balochistan.
A successful operation was conducted by the security forces in Kalat district of Balochistan as a result of which 2 terrorists were killed. An ISPR statement said that in the operation, there was an exchange of fire between the security forces and the terrorists.
It further added that during the operation, the hideout of the terrorists was surrounded, and two terrorists were killed. Security forces also recovered arms, ammunition and explosives from the terrorists.
The slain terrorists were allegedly involved in several operations in the area. The ISPR said that the security forces are determined to thwart attempts to sabotage peace and development in Balochistan.
Meanwhile, on the morning of September 6, a group of four Khawarij tried to attack the Frontier Corps headquarters in Mohmand district.
According to ISPR, the attempt to enter the camp was effectively thwarted by security forces personnel, and as a result the Khawarij, the four suicide bombers, were killed before they could do the intended damage. Mopping-up operations are being carried out by security forces to eliminate any other excrement found in the area.
The security forces of Pakistan stand bravely to wipe out the scourge of terrorism from the country with full commitment and determination.
