ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov has arrived in Islamabad on a two-day official visit to Pakistan.
He was accorded a warm welcome on arrival. Bakhtiyor Saidov will meet with Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif during his visit, and he will also have in-depth discussions on a variety of bilateral matters of shared interest with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar.
FM will hold talks on a wide range of bilateral issues of mutual interest, with a special focus on trade and connectivity, according to a Foreign Office press release.
The visit of the Uzbek foreign minister is expected to provide fresh impetus to the friendly relations between the two countries.
