What do the muftis say about the ruling on zakat on jewelry that is in use?

If A woman has gold and silver worth 10 to 11 lakhs, which she uses on various occasions throughout the year. What is the ruling on zakat on it? Another woman has bought jewelry, but the year had not yet ended when Ramadan came seven months later. How will she pay zakat on it?

Answer to these questions: The jewelry is gold or silver, and if it is equal to the nisab, then it is obligatory to pay zakat on it, whether she uses it or not. Therefore, in the case of a responsible person, she should remember the lunar date of the day from which she acquired the jewelry. After a year, when the same lunar date comes, it is obligatory to pay zakat of two and a half percent.

In the case of a responsible woman, if she is already a wealthy person and pays zakat during Ramadan, she will also pay zakat on jewelry purchased 7 months before Ramadan, along with the zakat on previous wealth.
