Will there be public holiday on May 01?

ISLAMABAD: Like the rest of the world May 01 is celebrated as Labour Day in Pakistan. In order to pear tribute the labour community the government announces public holiday each year and different rallies are conducted to empower laborers around the world.

As the month of May approaches, Pakistani labour community is waiting eagerly whether there will be a public holiday this year too.

The federal government has not issued any notification is this regard yet, but as we look into the past there s a solid chance that the government will declare public holiday on May 01, 2025.

If the government announces public holiday then the school, colleges, office and banks will remain closed in nation wide.

Laborers are an important part of the society which can not be underestimated at any cost.
