Abrar-ul-Haq refused film with Katrina; Here’s why

ISLAMABAD: Prominent Punjabi singer Abrar-ul-Haq has said that he has refused a Bollywood film offer with Indian star Katrina Kaif.

According to the details, Abrar-ul-Haq has revealed that he got many offers from the Bollywood industry over the years; he just made some revelations in the Hafiz Ahmed podcast.

Abrar said that he got offers for albums as well as films from Bollywood.

He also shared that he got an offer from Eros, which he refused, and they were shocked and told him that no one has ever said no to them. He also got a film offer from Katrina Kaif, which he refused while his friends pushed him to take it.

Sharing the reason behind saying no, Abrar shared that he just could not understand the terms of the contract.

He said they wanted him to stop speaking about certain causes, and he just could not work in a place where freedom of speech was not an option. Therefore, he did not even do the film with Katrina Kaif.

Abrar ul Haq’s music is also listened to in India, like all over the world, and recently Karan Johar’s film stole his song Nach Punjaban, which ended up becoming a big hit.
