LONDON: British actress and star of the popular comedy television series Benidorm, Elsie Kelly, has died at the age of 89.
According to foreign media, the actress’s secretary confirmed her death and said that Elsie Kelly passed away peacefully among her family on April 21, 2026, after a short illness.
Elsie Kelly’s artistic journey spanned several decades. In which she proved her talent in various theater, television and film projects. However, she gained the most fame for her role as Noreen in the comedy series Benidorm.
According to her secretary, Elsie Kelly was extremely popular with viewers due to her natural acting, excellent humor and gentle personality. She also appeared in other well-known British television productions, including several famous dramas.
