She was born in Karachi and grew up in Islamabad later as her family shifted. From childhood onward she has been a flower child.

She did her high school from Bahria College, Islamabad. Later joined the University College of Islamabad for L.L.B and currently she is pursuing it. When she was in 7th grade she changed her family name spelling to Hocane from Hussain, as she wanted it to look cool.

Her first crush was Cristiano Ronaldo and later attracted to Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. She likes Ranbir Kapoor so much and interested to work with him in a Bollywood project.

She started her career at the age of 13. During her schooling she use to participate in various cultural activities. She started her professional career working as VJ actor. She gained popularity from the very first show as a VJ.
