BRISBANE: England captain Ben Stokes was among three who could face police action after riding e-scooter without helmets, media report.

Smith’s scooter even had a helmet attached to it,” it added.

As per Australia’s road rule, riders without a helmet could face a fine of up to 166 Australian dollars (£82).
