LAHORE: Former captain of Pakistan women’s cricket team and experienced all-rounder Nida Dar has announced her return to national cricket.
Nida Dar announced her availability for the national team through her message on social media.
In her statement, Nida Dar said that over the past few months, she has taken time to focus on her fitness, mental strength and game. Now she is fully ready and available to represent the Pakistan women’s cricket team again.
The former captain said that she is very happy to announce her return, she is continuously working hard and whenever the national team needs her, she will be on the field to show her best performance.
In her message, Nida Dar also thanked all the fans, fellow players and well-wishers who supported and encouraged her in difficult and easy times. She said that the love and trust of the fans is the biggest strength for her.
According to cricket experts, Nida Dar’s return is a very positive development for the Pakistan women’s cricket team. Her vast experience and all-round abilities can play an important role in strengthening the national team in the upcoming international competitions.
