Sonu Nigam reveals he is suffering from a neurological disease

MUMBAI: Famous Indian singer Sonu Nigam has revealed that he is currently suffering from a pinched nerve.

In this regard, the singer also shared a video on his social account Instagram in which he is seen wearing a bandage on his shoulder.

Sonu Nigam said that he has also undergone MRI and CT scans, he is suffering from a neurological disorder for which he underwent several medical tests last week.

The singer said that he is facing severe pain during treatment, physiotherapy sessions have also been very difficult due to the pain and he is currently using pain killers to deal with the pain, his throat has also become a little heavy due to the medication.

A pinched nerve occurs when excessive pressure is put on a nerve by surrounding tissues such as bones, muscles, tendons, cartilage or ligaments.

This pressure affects the normal function of the nerves, causing pain, tingling, weakness, and other uncomfortable sensations.

A pinched nerve can occur in various parts of the body, but it most commonly occurs in the neck, lower back, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
