Pak vs WI: Green Shirts seal series win over Windies with 13-run victory

FLORIDA: Pakistan defeated the West Indies in the third T20I match and clinched the series.

While chasing a target of 190 runs in the match played in Lauderhill, Florida, USA, the West Indies team could score 176 runs for the loss of 6 wickets, and thus Pakistan won the match by 13 runs.

Hassan Ali, Haris Rauf, Saim Ayub, Sufyan Muqim, and Muhammad Nawaz took one wicket each.

Thanks to the brilliant half-centuries of Saim Ayub and Sahibzada Farhan, the national team scored 189 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.

Sahibzada Farhan stood out by scoring 74 and Saim Ayub 66 runs, while Hassan Nawaz was dismissed for 15 and Muhammad Haris for 2 runs. Khushdil Shah remained unbeaten with 11 runs and Faheem Ashraf with 10 runs.

Jason Holder, Roston Chase, and Shemar Joseph took one wicket each for the West Indies.

Earlier,  Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha won the toss in the deciding match of the 3-match T20I series between Pakistan and the West Indies.

Two changes were made to the Pakistan team for the third and final T20I. Haris Rauf replaced Shaheen Afridi in the national team and Khushdil Shah replaced Fakhar Zaman in the playing XI.
