The match remained goalless till half-time since both teams weren’t able to capitalize on the chances they created.
However, New Zealand took the lead in the 35th minute when Holmes Luke netted a crucial field goal, eight minutes later, Abu Bakr Mahmood scored the equalizer from a penalty corner.
