ISLAMABAD: The citizens of the federal capital witnessed chilly weather at night after which the with light sunlight in the morning. However, the temperatures are set to drop below freezing point accompanied by gusty winds during the night causing chilling weather in the federal capital.
The maximum temperature recorded today ranges up to 18 degrees Celsius, whereas the minimum temperature expected in the evening will range up to 05 degrees Celsius.
The humidity level in the federal capital ranges between 30 to 35% with light wind blowing in the northwest direction at the speed of 6 km/h. Whereas, the chance of precipitation is up to 0% today.
According to the Met Office, The weather is expected to be cold and dry in most parts of the country, while it is likely to be very cold in the hilly areas at night. Heavy fog is expected in northeastern Punjab at night. Strong winds are expected in most southern and central parts of the country in the afternoon.
