Pakistan weather forecast: PMD issues weather alert!

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted cold and dry weather in Islamabad and its surrounding areas on Monday, with similar conditions expected on Tuesday. Cloudy skies are expected at night.

The weather will remain cold and dry in most districts of Balochistan on Monday, with severe cold likely in the northern areas. This trend is expected to continue till Tuesday, with cold and dry conditions prevailing across the province.

The weather will remain cold and dry in most districts of Punjab on Monday. Areas like Murree and Galiyat may experience severe cold at night, while light fog is likely to fall in Sialkot, Narowal, Gujranwala and nearby areas throughout the night.

Cold and dry conditions have been predicted in Sindh on Tuesday as well, with cloud cover likely in Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal at night. Light rain or snowfall is likely in Murree and Galiyat.

According to the PMD forecast, cold and dry weather is expected to persist in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on both Monday and Tuesday.

It is likely to be cold and dry in the northern areas on Monday, with severe cold in the upper areas.

The PMD has warned of heavy rain and snowfall with strong winds in Chitral, Kohistan, Shangla, Buner, Swat, Kalam, Balakot, Mardan, Kohat and Kurram on Tuesday.

Gilgit-Baltistan is likely to experience extremely cold and dry weather on Monday, with the PMD predicting cloudy skies in the evening and light rain or snowfall on Tuesday.

Kashmir will experience extremely cold and dry weather on Monday, with cloudy skies in the evening and light rain or snowfall on Tuesday.
