LAHORE: Heavy fog in several Punjabi cities, including Lahore, severely hampered traffic flow on Thursday and Friday nights.

Details indicate that thick fog has reduced visibility on major highways in the province’s plain areas.

Due to Fog, Motorways M2 and M11, which connect Lahore and Islamabad and Sialkot, respectively, are closed to all traffic.

The drivers have been urged by the motorway police to travel on (GT) Road because of the heavy fog visibility is not clear. Additionally, they have advised drivers to turn on their fog lights and drive slowly.
