China declares full respect for Pakistani people’s choice

Beijing: Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Zedong has said that Pakistan’s general elections were held in a general, peaceful manner and we congratulate Pakistan on this. “As a friendly neighbour, China fully respects the choice of the people of Pakistan and sincerely hopes that all political parties in Pakistan will jointly safeguard political unity and social stability after the elections and the development and prosperity of the nation,” he said at a press conference on Monday.

Mao Nying said China and Pakistan are strategic partners in all four seasons. He said That China looks forward to working with Pakistan to continue the traditional friendship, deepen practical cooperation in various fields, to accelerate the construction of a China-Pakistan harmonious society with more closeness in the new era so that the people of the two countries can benefit in a better way.
