MUMBAI: An Indian Air Force training aircraft crashed in Prayagraj, India, on Wednesday.
According to Indian media, the accident occurred while the training flight was underway as usual. Due to a sudden technical fault, the aircraft went out of control and crashed into a nearby pond.
After the incident, the Indian Air Force, local administration, and rescue teams immediately reached the accident site, and rescue operations were started.
Eyewitnesses said that a loud noise was heard at the time of the accident, after which the aircraft came down rapidly and crashed into the water. Panic spread in the area for some time, while the accident site was cordoned off due to security concerns.
