TEHRAN: In a significant diplomatic development, Iran’s leadership has expressed deep gratitude for Pakistan’s unequivocal and strong support amid rising regional tensions. The Iranian parliament (Majlis Shura) has lavished praise on Pakistan, highlighting Islamabad’s principled stance during the conflict with Israel.

After the Iranian president’s keynote address, the parliament erupted in chants of “Thank you Pakistan,” reflecting deep appreciation for Pakistan’s support. Iranian President Masoud Pezishkian asserted that the Pakistani people and parliament stand by Iran in this difficult time.

Pakistan’s parliament has condemned Israeli actions against Iran in a unanimous voice, calling them “heinous,” reinforcing the country’s solidarity with its neighbor.

This show of mutual cooperation underscores the growing diplomatic ties between the two countries amid ongoing geopolitical challenges in the region.

Iran’s expression of gratitude comes at a time when regional dynamics are becoming increasingly complex, and Pakistan’s clear stance indicates its support for peaceful resolutions and commitment to promoting strong bilateral relations.
