Mass shooting in Tel Aviv leaves 8 dead

TEL AVIV: At least eight people were killed and many injured in a shooting incident in Israel.

According to Israeli media, the shooting happened in Jaffa area of ​​Tel Aviv. Police have killed two attackers.

The report said that the shooting continued and the Israeli army urged civilians to stay in safe places until further notice.

Earlier, Israeli media claimed that Iran had fired at least 400 ballistic missiles at Israel, resulting in war sirens being sounded in Tel Aviv and other areas.

State media has confirmed that Iran has launched a missile attack on Tel Aviv, the commercial centre of Israel.

The state-run IRNA news agency said Iran launched a “missile attack on Tel Aviv,” without giving further details.

Iran’s Revolutionary Guards have announced that the ongoing missile attack is in response to the recent killings of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and IRGC commander Nilforoshan.
