ABU DHABI: In a recent development, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has introduced new visa requirements for all applicants.
To get the United Arab Emirates (UAE) entry permit, applicants are now asked to provide the outer cover page of their passport, as reported by Khaleej Times. This was also reaffirmed by a representative of Amer centers.
A notice procured by Khaleej Times verifies that the outer cover page of the passport should be attached to every entry permit application, effective from now.
The revised list of documents required now includes a copy of the passport, a passport-size clear photo, confirmation of hotel booking, a round-trip ticket, and the external cover page of the passport.
The rationale behind this new addition is still unclear.
