US signals possible action against Cuba after Venezuela operation

WASHINGTON: After the military operation in Venezuela and the arrest of President Nicolas Maduro, the United States has now signaled an attack on another country.

According to the Reuters news agency, US President Donald Trump, along with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, held an important press conference regarding the military operation in Venezuela.

During this time, Donald Trump and Marco Rubio expressed their opinions on whether tensions could arise in relations with Cuba.

Donald Trump, describing Cuba as an interesting case, said that I think Cuba is a case that we will eventually talk about because Cuba is a failed country at the moment.

He said that Cuba is a very badly failing country and we want to help the people there, this situation is very similar in that we want to help the people there.

On the other hand, Marco Rubio’s tone in this regard was more direct.

The US Secretary of State said, “Look, if I were living in Havana (the capital of Cuba) and in government, I would be concerned, at least a little bit.”
