KARACHI: Yamaha Motor Pakistan recently introduced a special exchange offer, in which customers can swap their current motorbikes for a new Yamaha at select dealerships in the country.

According to the company, the initiative aims to simplify the process by eliminating the time and effort spent looking for purchasers, deals, and the uncertainty involved in private purchases.

Yamaha says the exchange program is intended to offer an uninterrupted continuation for motorcyclists seeking better reliability, style, and comfort.

The offer is being launched through a selective distribution of dealerships, and customers are encouraged to call ahead for availability before visiting.

YAHAMA Discontinue Production

Earlier, Yamaha Motor Pakistan (Private) Limited made a declaration that it would shut down the local production of motorcycles due to a shift in company policy.

The company, in an official notice released on Tuesday, wished to thank its customers for their long-term support and patronage.

“Owing to a shift in our business policy, we would like to inform you that we will stop the production of motorcycles. We deeply appreciate your long-term support and loyalty,” the statement read.

Though production will stop, Yamaha guarantees customers that after-sales service will still be provided consistently with company policy.

Spare parts will be available from YMPK-authorised dealers who have sufficient stocks to cater to demand. The company also guaranteed ongoing warranty services and customer assistance under the current warranty program.

“We will keep doing our best to facilitate your motorcycle experience, and we are dedicated to serving you in good faith until the end,” the statement continued.

It is a significant move for Pakistan’s two-wheeler market by Yamaha, where the company has developed a loyal customer base. Customers can get in touch with Yamaha Motor Pakistan for queries through email at info@yamaha-motor.com.pk or WhatsApp at 0314-8899786.
