KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange witnessed a bullish trend during trading, with the dollar also depreciating against the rupee in the exchange market.
On the fourth day of the trading week, trading activity began positively in the stock market.
The 100 index increased by 495 points at the start of the first session, after which the index reached 158,960 points.
The previous day too, the index reached 161,600 points at the start of trading, but by the end of the trading day, the business had gone into the negative zone.
On the other hand, the dollar has become cheaper by another 6 paise. According to the Exchange Companies Association, the dollar is trading at 280 rupees 90 paise in the interbank market.
