Dollar falls in Interbank, surges in Open Market

KARACHI: In Karachi, the dollar witnessed a mixed trend in the interbank and open market.

According to the Exchange Companies Association, the dollar rose by 14 paise in the open market, after which the dollar was sold at Rs 281.32.

On the other hand, the dollar fell by 1 paise in the interbank market. According to the State Bank, the dollar closed at Rs 279.91 at the end of the business day.
