ISLAMABAD: The prices of ghee and cooking oil have been increased once again. Brand A and Brand B companies have increased the prices of their products.
The price of brand A oil and ghee has increased from Rs 550 per liter to Rs 590 per liter.
The price of brand B oil has increased from Rs 450 to Rs 500 per liter, while the price of ghee has increased from Rs 450 to Rs 480 per kg.
According to shopkeepers, this increase has occurred during the last 15 to 20 days. According to the companies, the gap between demand and supply has increased and the prices were increased due to reduced imports.
