Gold price hits record high, rises by Rs 5,500 per tola in Pakistan

KARACHI: The Gold prices per tola have increased by Rs 5,500 in the international and local bullion markets on Monday.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Jewelers Association, the price of gold and silver in Pakistan has reached a new high.

24-carat gold per tola has become more expensive by Rs 5,500 in the country, to Rs 428,200.

In addition, the price of ten grams of gold has increased by Rs 4,715 to Rs 3,67,112, while the price of silver per tola has increased by Rs 147 to a record level of Rs 5,247.

In the international gold market, gold per ounce has become more expensive by $ 55 to $ 4,071
