ISLAMABAD: Gold prices in Pakistan’s local market continued to rise for the fourth consecutive day of the ongoing business week.
According to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs 3,700 to Rs 278,000.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams increased by Rs 3,172 to Rs 238,340.
In the international market, bullion rates also increased significantly as the price per ounce increased by $ 37 to $ 2,668.
Meanwhile, the price of silver in the local market also saw an increase, due to which the price per tola increased by Rs 200 to close at Rs 3,450.
A day ago, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by another Rs 800 and was sold for Rs 274,300 on Wednesday.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs 686 to Rs 235,168.
