ISLAMABAD: Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Friday because international market prices decreased. The local market witnessed a gold price drop when the value of tola gold decreased by 8100 rupees to reach 491362 rupees.
The price of 10-gram gold decreased by Rs6,945 to Rs421,263 according to rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association APGJSA.
Gold per tola reached a value of Rs499462 on Thursday after experiencing a major decline of Rs24300. Gold prices in the global market decreased by $81 to reach $4686 per ounce which included a $20 premium.
Silver prices decreased as the tola rate dropped by Rs50 to reach Rs67,684.
