ISLAMABAD: Gold prices went into reverse gear in Pakistan on Tuesday after hitting an all-time high on rising safe-haven investment.
According to data shared by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs 1,500 to Rs 530,562.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold closed at Rs 416,980 with a decrease of Rs 1,286.
The price of the precious metal was recorded in the international bullion market where the price per ounce fell by $ 15 to $ 5,082.
Similarly, the price of silver per tola in Pakistan closed at Rs 11,640 after a decrease of Rs 212, while the price of 10 grams fell by Rs 182 to Rs 9,979.
