Gold prices hold steady in global & local markets

ISLAMABAD: Gold prices remained stable in the global and local markets, with no change in prices.

The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market remained at $4,042.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, one tola of gold in the local market is Rs400,26,562, while 10 grams of gold is Rs300,65,708.

On the other hand, the price of one tola of silver has fallen by Rs107 to Rs5,222.

It should be noted that the price of gold increased in the global market yesterday, while a major decline of Rs5,000 was recorded in the price of gold per tola in the local market.
