ISLAMABAD: Gold has become expensive again in the global and local markets today.
In the global market, gold has become expensive by $48 to $4,493 per ounce.
In the local bullion market, one tola of gold has become expensive by Rs4,800 to Rs4,72,062.
Ten grams of gold has reached Rs4,116 to Rs4,417.
On the other hand, one tola of silver has remained at the level of Rs7,554.
It should be noted that yesterday, gold was cheaper in the global and local markets. In the global market, gold had become cheaper by $10 to $4,445 per ounce, while in the local market, one tola of gold had become cheaper by Rs1,000, after which the price of one tola of gold had become Rs4,67,262.
Ten grams of gold fell by Rs 858 to Rs 4601, while one tola of silver fell by Rs 30 to Rs 7454.
