ISLAMABAD: After two consecutive days of decline, gold prices rose again in both international and local markets on Wednesday.
According to market data, the price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market increased by $14 to $3,309.
Following the global trend, the price of 24-karat gold per tola in Pakistan increased by Rs1,400 and is now at Rs349,300. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs1,200 to Rs299,468.
Silver prices also saw an adjustment. The price of one tola of silver increased by Rs32 to Rs3,480, while the price of 10 grams of silver increased by Rs27 to Rs2,983.
The increase in precious metal prices reflects renewed interest from investors amid ongoing global economic uncertainty.
