Govt launch app to allocate petrol according to quota

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has decided to introduce a digital system to allocate petrol according to quota.

The federal government is introducing a digital system for rationing petroleum products, for which the government is developing an app that consumers of petroleum products can download.

After downloading the app, every citizen will be able to register themselves in the app by entering their vehicle number and their identity card number.

According to sources, the government will set a petroleum quota for each citizen according to their needs and availability.
