KARACHI: The current LPG prices in Karachi have increased sharply because supply disruptions from the ongoing Iranian conflict have affected the local market.
The price of LPG increased by Rs. 30 per kilogram, which brought the current rate to Rs. 330 per kg. This surge comes despite the government-set official price of Rs. 226 per kg.
Market analysts report that the existing shortage conditions have created increasing demand among consumers who experience higher fuel costs.
Authorities are monitoring the situation as distribution networks attempt to stabilize their operations throughout the city.
