PTCL hikes rates of broadband services; Check new rates here

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has hiked rates for broadband services across the country by up to 10 percent with effect from August 1, 2024.

According to the PTCL, the increase in the monthly bill of Flash Fiber (FTTH) internet packages will come into effect from August 1, 2024.

PTCL shared the update to its customers through SMS and uploaded the notification on its website.

According to the details, PTCL hiked the price due to the rise in the operational cost in the wake of higher prices of different items. Due to this, the PTCL had to hike its tariff for fixed internet services.

The PTCL sent out a message stating that following an increase in the business cost, effective August 1, 2024, monthly charges of PTCL Internet connection will be increased to Rs4230.
