ISLAMABAD: A slight decline in the value of the US dollar has been recorded in the interbank market, after which a partial improvement in the value of the rupee has been seen.
According to the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the dollar became cheaper by 2 paise during the business day. The dollar is currently trading at Rs 278.75, which shows a slight decrease compared to the previous session.
Experts say that this decline in the value of the dollar may be temporary and depends on the country’s economic situation, foreign exchange reserves, and import pressure.
The currency market continues to fluctuate, while investors and traders are cautious about the future direction of the dollar. According to experts, if economic indicators improve, the rupee may gain further stability.
