CM Punjab Internship Program launched with Rs25,000 stipend; Here’s how to apply online

LAHORE: The ‘Chief Minister Internship Program‘ has been launched to provide a bright future to the youth of the most populous region of the country.

Details shared on the Punjab government portal said that the Youth Internship Program is an initiative of the Punjab government aimed at equipping the unemployed youth with productive skills to improve their career prospects.

Eligibility Criteria for CM Punjab Internship Program 2024

Candidates between 18 to 25 years are eligible to apply for the program by registering at www.cmip.punjab.gp.pk. Selected participants will be placed in top private sector organizations for their internship.

Chief Minister Maryam highlighted the objective of guiding the youth towards financial independence in a dignified manner, urging them to seize this opportunity for a successful future.

Thousands of internships are being offered, and will last for six months, with interns receiving a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. Preference will be given to fresh graduates.

The internship program provides practical training in the private sector, allowing participants to apply academic knowledge in real-world situations. It aims to develop skills, increase employability, build professional networks, and improve personal development.

Applicants can start their application even if their educational documents are not verified by HEC, but processing will take place only after verification is complete.

If the degree is not listed, applicants should contact the email provided or the call center for further assistance. Registration is expected to begin on August 28, 2024, with a deadline of September 30, 2024, and internships are tentatively scheduled to begin on November 1, 2024.
