LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched a pioneering initiative, the Chief Minister’s Internship Programme (CMIP), designed to unlock the potential of the region’s young population.
The Punjab government assures to provide all facilities to young graduates to lead successful lives as well as improving the employment rate of the country.
The program’s initial phase will provide 6,000 internship opportunities, each accompanied by a monthly income of PKR 25,000.
Eligibility Criteria for the CM Internship Program
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Education: Applicants must have completed their graduation (degree) within the past two years.
Successful candidates will be placed in prominent private-sector organizations, gaining invaluable work experience and skills to propel their careers forward.
This six-month program marks the first phase of CMIP, which aims to secure a promising future for Punjab’s youth.
