Education Ministry to recruit teachers with public-private partnership

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training launched the Manzil-ba-Manzil Humqadam (Step-by-Step Together) initiative to achieve quality education for all.

According to the details, the Education Ministry has planned to introduce innovation in the education system to manage federal government teachers through public-private partnerships.

Education Ministry has partnered with Teach For Pakistan, a nonprofit, to implement global best practices in the recruitment, training, monitoring, and evaluation of public sector teachers.

The ministry statement stated, “We are transforming public education by deploying 120 highly qualified fellows from top universities to 23 rural schools.”.

“Our partnership shows that with the right priorities and dedication, exceptional results can be achieved within the existing public education framework.”
