Sindh bans advance fees in private schools

KARACHI: The Sindh Education Department has directed private schools not to charge additional advance fees. The Directorate of Inspection and Private Institutions has issued instructions to schools in this regard.

As per the decision of the steering committee, the academic year 2025-2026 will start from April 1 and tuition fees have been collected from matriculation students only till April.

It was also clarified that separate fee vouchers should be issued to students for each month. June fee vouchers will be paid by June 30 while July fee vouchers will be paid by July 31.
