According to District Returning Officer Tariq Qureshi, the RO is the one with the system credentials (ID and password), and materials may only be transmitted once the RO logs in. Due to unfinished preparations at the voting place, PS-2 in Thal will not be holding its poll until later. In a similar vein, in Ghotki, an agent shortage prevented NA-198 Dharki polling from starting.

Polling in NA-232 polling stations in Karachi’s Punjab Colony has not yet begun because there are no polling boxes and no polling agents present.
