Internet Service Disruptions: Election Commission Complaint cell inaccessible

Owing to disruptions in internet and mobile connectivity, complaints have been discontinued from the Election Commission’s complaint cell.

Details indicate that the nationwide public is having problems since they are unable to file complaints with the Election Commission’s complaint cell because internet services have been suspended. It is evident that even though the general elections of 2024 are already under way, the administration has chosen to temporarily halt internet and mobile service across the country due to security concerns.

However, the interruption of the Election Commission’s 8300 SMS service has prevented millions of voters nationwide from learning the results of their votes.
