Repolling to held in six polling stations of NA-43: ECP

Islamabad – The Election Commission of Pakistan has directed concerned authorities to conduct repolling in six polling stations of NA-43, Tank cum Dera Ismail Khan constituency on February 17, Saturday.

According to ECP, the polling was halted in these six polling stations due to the law and order situation, state-run Radio Pakistan reported.

The ECP has directed the KP Chief Secretary, Inspector General of Police (IGP) and other law enforcement agencies to provide conducive environment for the voters on the repolling day.

Earlier on Feb 10, the electoral body ordered re-polling in NA-88 Khushab-II and two provincial assembly constituencies including  PS-18 Ghotki-I and PK-90 Kohat-I.
