Explosions heard in Bahrain, Kuwait, Dubai & Saudi Arabia

BAHRAIN: Reports of explosions have emerged in the Gulf countries of Kuwait and Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, after which a wave of concern spread in the region.

According to initial reports, the sounds of explosions were heard in different areas, but no immediate confirmation of any loss of life or property could be made.

According to local media sources, security agencies have started assessing the situation, while panic and fear are being felt among citizens.

Final details about the nature and location of the explosions have not yet been revealed, however, more information is being collected by the authorities.

Security measures have been tightened after the incident and relevant agencies have been put on alert.

APA has reported that explosions have been heard in Bahrain, citing Al Arabiya TV channel.

According to the report, alarm sirens have been activated. There are also reports that Qatar has closed its airspace.
