QUETTA: The Judicial Magistrate has ordered the exhumation of the grave of a woman who was murdered in Sanjeedi Degari area of Balochistan.

Sardar Sherbaz Khan, who was arrested in the murder of a woman and a man in Sanjeedi Degari, was presented in court under tight security.

The court has handed over Sardar Sherbaz to the Serious Crime Investigation Wing on a one-day remand.

On the other hand, the Judicial Magistrate has ordered the exhumation of the grave of a woman who was murdered along with a man in Sanjeedi Degari. After which, the woman’s grave is being exhumed in front of the Judicial Magistrate.

Meanwhile, the Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court has also taken notice of the murder of a woman and a man and summoned the Additional Chief Secretary Home and IG Police on July 22.

So far, 13 accused have been arrested in the tragic incident that took place in Sanjeedi Degari area of Balochistan, and a case of the incident has also been registered at Hanha Orak police station.

A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered for the shooting and killing of a man and a woman in Sanjeedi Degari area of Balochistan.

According to the police, the case has been registered under the provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act, murder and abetment to murder at Hanna Orak police station.

The police said that 13 suspects, including tribal leader Sherbaz Khan, have been arrested in the incident, adding that the investigation into the incident is ongoing, and more arrests are possible.

The person who fired the shot and a person seen in the video have been arrested.

It should be noted that the video of the brutal murder of a woman and a man went viral in Balochistan yesterday. In the video, armed men were seen indiscriminately firing at a woman and a man at an unknown location.

According to the spokesperson for the Balochistan government, Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti took notice of the viral video of the brutal murder of a woman and a man on social media.

Shahid Rind had said that, according to unconfirmed reports, this incident happened near Eid-ul-Adha, the bodies have not been recovered yet, and CTD and police are currently present in the area.
